After 35 years as one of the leading law firms in Sydney’s north, in 2018 Somerville Legal expanded to incorporate a Newcastle office, enabling the firm to provide its specialist legal services to clients throughout Newcastle, the Hunter and all areas north of Sydney. The Newcastle office has a particular focus on wills and estates, including estate planning, family provision claims, estate litigation, and probate & administration of both simple and complex estates, with a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates. However, all of Somerville Legal’s experts – including those specialising in commercial litigation, family law, employment law, business structures, and property law and conveyancing – will be available to service clients through the Newcastle office.
