Area of Practice – Commercial Litigation

Daniel practises in commercial litigation, acting for corporate and individual clients across a broad range of disputes. He is committed to delivering commercially focused, strategic advice with an emphasis on efficient resolution and strong advocacy.

Daniel approaches each matter with precision and attention to detail, ensuring clients are well-positioned at every stage of proceedings — whether in negotiation, mediation or hearing. He is experienced in preparing complex matters for litigation and brings analytical depth to financial and evidentiary issues.

With a background in finance, Daniel offers clients an added commercial perspective, enabling him to navigate intricate financial material and assess risk in a practical, solutions-oriented manner. He is focused on achieving outcomes aligned with his clients’ broader business objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business/Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
  • Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW
  • Member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
  • Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

 

Personal Statement

Outside the office, Daniel maintains a strong interest in sport, having played competitive cricket in both Australia and the United Kingdom. He values time with family and friends. His dog, Juno keeps him active outdoors.
