Hollie specialises in commercial litigation, primarily in the Local Court and the District Court, and collaborates with colleagues on complex litigation matters.

Hollie takes pride in applying a practical approach to litigation, seeking to resolve disputes where possible, but taking strong action through the courts as required.

Prior to joining Somerville Legal, Hollie worked for various boutique firms and gained a wide range of experience in various practice areas including Civil and Commercial litigation.

Hollie has a strong interest in litigation. She is passionate about supporting clients who are experiencing complicated times and believes it is important to communicate legal advice as clearly and simply as possible.

She is a dedicated and hard-working individual, who prides herself in producing high quality work.

In July 2024, Hollie’s wealth of knowledge was recognised when she was made an Associate of Somerville Legal.

Qualifications

Hollie has been awarded a double degree of Bachelor of Arts/Laws degree with Honours and Diploma of Legal Practice at the University of Newcastle.

Personal Statement

Outside of law, Hollie enjoys reading, playing the piano and spending time with family.
