Jemima Barlow
Area of Practice – Litigation
Jemima is a solicitor in Somerville Legal’s commercial litigation team, with a strong focus on resolving disputes efficiently through alternative dispute resolution methods, including negotiation, mediation and arbitration, as well as through litigation.
Prior to joining Somerville Legal, Jemima gained experience across estate planning, succession, property and family law. This broad background enables her to take a holistic view of each matter and provide practical, tailored advice that reflects both the legal and commercial context of her clients’ circumstances.
Jemima was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2024 and to the High Court of Australia in August 2024.
She is known for her ability to quickly appreciate her clients’ objectives and circumstances, applying a commercial mindset to deliver clear, cost-effective dispute resolution strategies.
