Over the course of her legal career, Mumtash has developed a particular expertise in the law of wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance law and contested estates.

She has a particular interest in estate litigation, family provision claims and wills disputes but also has extensive experience in drafting wills and developing comprehensive estate plans to suit clients’ requirements.

Mumtash provides unbiased, cost-effective and practical advice to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. Her expertise in the area of wills and estates was recognised in 2024 when she was made a Senior Associate of Somerville Legal.

While she is a big food lover, Mumtash especially loves discovering hole in the wall eateries and aspires to find the best Chai. If she hadn’t become a lawyer, Mumtash would travel the world and finally learn how to make candles.
